BetLabel Privacy Policy for Account, Payment and Gaming Data
This Privacy Policy explains how TechSolutions Group N.V., operating BetLabel, handles personal information when you create an account, use the casino or sportsbook, make a payment, complete verification, contact support or use our mobile services. It also explains the choices and rights available to you.
1. Who controls your information
TechSolutions Group N.V. determines why and how personal data is processed for the BetLabel service. Questions or rights requests can be submitted through the Contacts form, 24/7 live chat or [email protected]. Include your account ID and the nature of the request, but never send a password or one-time code.
2. Information enters the account through different routes
2.1 Data you provide
We process registration details such as name, date of birth, address, email, telephone number, account currency and login credentials. We also process information entered into account forms, limit settings, complaints, support conversations and responsible-gambling requests.
2.2 Identity and payment evidence
Verification can involve a passport, identity card or driving licence, proof of address and evidence that a card, bank account or wallet belongs to you. Transaction records can include method, amount, currency, time, provider reference, wallet address, status and anti-fraud signals. We do not require a password to verify a payment case.
2.3 Use of casino, sportsbook and mobile services
Game records can include provider, title, round ID, stake, result and timestamp. Sports records can include event, market, selection, accepted odds, stake, bet ID and settlement. Device and technical data can include IP address, browser, operating system, language, identifiers, session times, diagnostics and security events.
3. Why we process data
| Purpose | Typical data involved | Operational reason |
|---|---|---|
| Create and secure an account | Identity, contact and login data | Provide access and prevent duplicate or unauthorised use |
| Process transactions | Payment, wallet and verification data | Credit deposits, review withdrawals and reconcile records |
| Settle games and bets | Round, bet and result data | Calculate balances and resolve disputes |
| Apply promotions | Deposit, wagering and game data | Determine eligibility and progress |
| Meet legal duties | Identity, age, source and risk signals | KYC, AML, sanctions and regulatory compliance |
| Improve service | Device, navigation and diagnostics | Reliability, security and product performance |
| Communicate | Contact details and preferences | Service messages, requested support and permitted marketing |
Processing can be necessary to perform the account contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate security and operational interests, or act on consent where consent is the appropriate basis. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent essential account, payment or security messages.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies keep sessions secure, remember account state and support payment or verification flows. Preference technologies can retain language and display choices. Analytics can measure performance and navigation. Marketing technologies are used according to the consent choices presented on the site.
Browser controls can remove or block cookies, but essential account functions depend on security and session technologies. The cookie control should be used to change optional categories without deleting the account.
5. Verification and automated risk signals
We use identity, transaction and device information to identify age issues, duplicate accounts, payment misuse, unusual access, fraud, money laundering and manipulation of games or sports markets. A risk flag can trigger an additional document request or manual review. Players may contact support to ask for an explanation of the information needed for a review.
6. When information is shared
Personal data can be shared with payment processors, banks, wallet services, game and betting technology providers, identity-verification services, fraud and security vendors, hosting and communications providers, professional advisers, regulators and public authorities where legally required. Each recipient receives information relevant to its function.
We do not sell an account profile as a consumer data product. Service providers act under contractual and security obligations, while regulators and authorities receive information under applicable legal powers.
7. International processing safeguards
Casino, sportsbook, payment and support systems can involve providers operating in different jurisdictions. Where data crosses borders, we use contractual, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the recipient’s role. Requests about a specific transfer can be submitted through the privacy contact route.
8. How long records are retained
We retain personal information for as long as needed to operate the account, settle transactions and bets, handle disputes, meet regulatory and financial-record duties, enforce Terms and protect the service. Retention periods differ by record type and legal requirement. Closing an account does not automatically erase records that must be preserved for compliance, fraud prevention or legal claims.
When a retention purpose expires, information is deleted, anonymised or isolated according to our record-management process.
9. Security controls
We apply access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, monitoring, logging, restricted staff permissions and incident procedures. Players remain responsible for protecting credentials, devices and one-time codes. If you suspect account access by another person, reset the password from a trusted device and contact live chat with the account ID and relevant time.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to an appropriate data-protection authority. Some requests can be completed in account settings; others require identity confirmation so personal data is not disclosed to the wrong person.
To submit a request:
- use the Contacts form or [email protected];
- identify the account and right being exercised;
- provide only the verification information reasonably requested;
- keep the case reference until the response is complete.
11. Marketing preferences
Promotional email, SMS, push and similar messages can be controlled through account preferences, the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or support. A self-exclusion or applicable responsible-gambling restriction also affects promotional communication. Service messages about security, terms, payments and account status remain separate from marketing.
12. Information about minors
BetLabel accounts are for people aged 18 or over. We use age and identity checks to enforce this requirement. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has supplied information should contact us with enough detail to locate the account without publishing sensitive information in an open channel.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy when legal requirements, processing activities or service providers change. The Last Updated date identifies the current publication. Material changes can also be communicated through the site, account or registered contact route.
14. Privacy contact route
Submit privacy questions through 24/7 live chat, the Contacts form or [email protected]. State “Privacy Request” in the subject, include the account ID where relevant and describe the requested action. Do not include full payment credentials in ordinary email.
